Mike Solomon

Mike Solomon serves as the Chief Executive Officer and US Chief Operating Officer at PHD since September 2020, where responsibilities include architecting the PHD US model, talent and capability strategy, growth objectives, and client partner business transformation. Prior to this role, Mike Solomon spent over 16 years at OMD USA in various positions, including Managing Director, where focus was on client relationships with major brands such as McDonald's and Bacardi. Additional roles at OMD included Digital Director and Associate Director of Strategy, particularly for McDonald's. Earlier in Mike Solomon's career, experience was gained as a Strategy Supervisor at J. Walter Thompson and an Account Supervisor at Beyond Interactive. Mike Solomon holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
