Sofia Veronica Mendonça

Sofia Veronica Mendonça is a passionate Human Resources Executive with extensive experience across various HR domains, including Talent Strategy and Change Management. They have held significant roles at Omnicom Media Group, where they served as Chief Transformation Officer and Managing Director of Human Resources from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they held positions at CBC Television and Kia Canada Inc., among others, and have been with PHD as Human Resources Director since 2015. Sofia earned a Master's degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University between 2018 and 2020.
