Ali Rasheed

Ali Rasheed is a seasoned Senior Program Manager with extensive experience in program management, strategy, and operations across various industries. Currently at PHEAA since November 2018, Ali oversees program management and governance for the Guaranty and Commercial Servicing Business. Previously, a Senior Program Manager at Populus Group from May 2020 to May 2024, Ali defined and executed the Data Analytics Reporting and Business Intelligence program strategy aimed at migrating data management platforms to Amazon Web Services. Prior roles include leading data analytics initiatives at Mo-Labs Media, managing cross-functional teams at SAS, and overseeing complex data projects at Teradata. Ali holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an additional MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences, along with a Bachelor of Sciences in Telecommunication Engineering from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
