Andrew Petsu

Andrew Petsu serves as the Assistant Chief Counsel at PHEAA, where they oversee litigation strategy, regulatory compliance, and employment law matters. With a comprehensive legal background, Andrew previously worked as a Trial Deputy Prosecutor for the York County District Attorney's Office and held positions at Johnson, Duffie, Stewart & Weidner, the State Ethics Commission, and the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry. Andrew earned a B.S. in Economics from Penn State University and a Juris Doctor from The Dickinson School of Law.
