Ashley Ruth

Ashley Ruth, MPA, has demonstrated extensive experience in change management and educational support roles. At PHEAA since July 2012, Ashley has advanced from Special Program Analyst to Technical Assistance Specialist and currently serves as Manager of Change Management. Concurrently, Ashley holds a position on the Charter School Board of Trustees at the Crispus Attucks Association of York, Pennsylvania, since January 2016. Prior positions include Academic Advisor at HACC and various roles at Shippensburg University, including Interim Academic Liaison and Counselor. Ashley also contributed to the Pennsylvania Women's Campaign Fund as a Graduate Intern, focusing on research related to women in politics. Ashley holds a Master of Public Administration from Shippensburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science and related disciplines from York College of Pennsylvania.
