Billy Cole

Billy Cole has extensive work experience in various roles related to performance testing, monitoring, and software engineering. Billy worked at PHEAA as the Lead Enterprise Monitoring Analyst, where they administered various monitoring tools and researched application performance monitoring technologies. Prior to that, they worked at PHEAA and American Education Services as a Senior Performance Test Analyst and Lead. Billy also served as an Architect at AES/PHEAA and a Consultant at TEKsystems, Inc.

Earlier in their career, Cole worked at Concurrent Technologies Corporation as a Principle Software Engineer, responsible for the technical performance of a multi-year, multi-million dollar project. Billy also worked at Chordiant and Chordiant Software as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, where they specialized in custom workflow processing and designed various software components.

Before that, Cole was a Member of Technical Staff III at GTE Government Systems, where they designed and implemented a custom hardware control system for remote radio signal control.

Throughout their career, Cole has demonstrated expertise in performance testing, monitoring, software engineering, and technical leadership.

Billy Cole earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from West Virginia University, where they studied from 1993 to 1996.
