Cindy Ciuffo

Cindy Ciuffo is an experienced financial professional with extensive background in regulatory reporting, credit risk management, and financial systems conversion. Currently serving as an Independent Contractor at PHEAA since November 2018, Cindy previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Regulatory Reporting Projects at BB&T from November 2015 to September 2017. Cindy spent over 16 years at Susquehanna Bank, where roles included Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Credit Risk, during which responsibilities encompassed model development for loan loss calculations and preparing quarterly credit reports. Additional achievements include leading the successful conversion of accounting systems post-acquisition and consolidating lending processes across multiple banks. Earlier in Cindy's career, positions at Equity National Bank included VP of Credit Administration and VP, Comptroller, focusing on commercial credit underwriting and financial reporting.
