Heather Stephens

Heather Stephens currently serves as a Program Analyst in State Grants & Special Programs at PHEAA, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Heather held the role of Complaint Analyst at the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency from February 1994 to March 2023. In addition to this experience, Heather has been involved with Millersburg Fire Company No. 1 as Vice President since July 2017 and previously served as President from July 1994 to December 2016. Heather's career also includes a tenure in loan origination at American Education Services from May 1995 to February 2008, focusing on account reviews and client relations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Francis University, a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior/Applied Psychology from Albright College, and an Associate degree in General Studies from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
