Judith B. has extensive work experience in the field of audit and information technology. Judith most recently worked at PHEAA as the SVP & Chief Audit Executive since 2016. Prior to that, they served as a Consultant at CoSource Partners, where they performed audit assignments for various clients. Judith'srole included Sarbanes Oxley, compliance, and IT audit responsibilities. Before that, they were the VP & Director, Internal Audit at StoneMor Partners, L.P. from 2005 to 2013. Judith also worked at AmeriSourceBergen as the Internal Audit Director/Director, Information Security from 2001 to 2005 and at Fleet as the VP Internal Audit from 1998 to 2000. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Fleet Credit Card Services, Prudential, and Corestates Bank.

Judith B. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from LaSalle University. Judith also has a Master's degree in Tax Law/Taxation from Philadelphia University.
