Kelly MacConnell

Kelly MacConnell possesses extensive experience in program management and public affairs, with a career spanning over a decade in various roles. Currently, Kelly serves as the Manager of Program Management and SGSP Client Operations at PHEAA, having held multiple titles within the organization since March 2014. Prior to PHEAA, Kelly worked as an Engineering Recruiter at JFC Global and as a Senior Admissions Coordinator at YTI Career Institute, where responsibilities included training admissions personnel and organizing campus events. Earlier in the career, Kelly was a Recruiting Specialist at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, focusing on talent acquisition and community networking. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Penn State University, where studies were completed from 2001 to 2005.
