Kiersten Corey is an experienced professional in talent development and strategic planning with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of Talent Development & Strategic Planning at PHEAA since September 2011, Kiersten has played a pivotal role in creating and executing a comprehensive talent development strategy that promotes professional growth, diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee retention. Previously, as Owner and Principal Consultant at Voytek Consulting, Kiersten directed global training strategies that facilitated major system transitions for thousands of associates. Additionally, Kiersten served as Senior Manager at Provant-Novations, where leadership of project management and instructional design teams resulted in high-quality training solutions aligned with client objectives. Kiersten holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University and an MBA from the University of Scranton.
