Paula Armes

Paula Armes has an extensive career in cybersecurity and technical writing, currently serving as the Manager of Cybersecurity Policy and Compliance at PHEAA since June 2004. In this role, Paula oversees teams of Identity and Authentication Analysts and Risk, Privacy, and Control Analysts, managing vendor relationships and security-related projects. Previous roles at PHEAA include Manager of IT Security Risk, Policy and Controls, where responsibilities encompassed cybersecurity audits and incident response, as well as managing an internship program. Earlier positions include managing IT project and resource coordination, as well as leading documentation efforts for proprietary software products.
