Stacey Thomas

Stacey Thomas is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in digital communication and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Marketing at PHEAA since June 2007. In this role, Stacey oversees all digital marketing initiatives, focusing on digital product improvement, the PA Forward Student Loan Program, and new product development strategies. Previous positions at PHEAA include Senior Digital Marketing Manager, where responsibilities included leading digital efforts and managing the public website portfolio, and Senior Customer Research Analyst, focusing on actionable insights for product enhancement. Prior to PHEAA, Stacey worked at Capital BlueCross and Highmark Blue Shield in various roles related to web design, usability, and content development. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Susquehanna University.
