Ted Herman

Ted Herman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program analysis, grant management, and education. Since July 2015, Ted has served as a Program Analyst and Grant Manager at PHEAA, overseeing State and Federal grants to support affordable access to higher education. Ted also works as an Adjunct Professor at Elizabethtown College, teaching courses in Business Administration and Liberal Arts with a focus on leadership and government. Previous roles include Director of Special Projects at LB Construction Enterprises, Inc., and Project Manager at the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, where Ted conducted policy analysis and legislative research. Ted holds a Master’s degree in American Studies from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from Elizabethtown College.
