Bonnie D.

Bonnie D. serves as an Ambassador in the Women in Leadership fellowship at Phello, where Bonnie works collaboratively to enhance diverse leadership and facilitate impactful discussions. As the Founder and CEO of OPTIFY Edge, Bonnie partners with startups and mission-driven organizations to translate vision into measurable results. Prior experience includes roles such as Executive Advisor at Keck Medicine of USC, where Bonnie managed cross-functional initiatives, and Vice President of Operations at HEAL Security, focusing on cybersecurity strategies for healthcare. Additionally, Bonnie held the position of Project Executive at Project Advocates, leading major capital initiatives, and was the Vice President Program for PMI Heartland Chapter, enhancing community engagement and educational programming. Prior experience also includes serving as a Senior Program Manager at Stanford Health Care. Bonnie holds both an MS and a BS in Urban Studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
