Kurt Phelps

Kurt Phelps has over 20 years of experience in the hi-tech recruiting industry. Kurt co-founded and served as President and Executive Recruiter at GNR - Global Network Recruiting, a leading hi-tech recruiting firm in the US. During their time there, Kurt successfully built relationships with start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, VCs, and private equity groups, establishing a network of executives and professionals in industries such as Telecom, Wireless, Consumer Electronics, and Software.

In 2015, Kurt founded Phello, a professional software platform for executives that facilitates effective communication with contacts acquired throughout one's career. The platform enables executives to easily reach out to their network, whether they are actively seeking new opportunities or simply maintaining relationships.

Before their time at GNR and Phello, Kurt worked as a Technical Recruiter at National Engineering Search LLC. Kurt also served as a Sales Applications Engineer at Parametric Technology Corporation and as a Machine Design Engineer at TE Connectivity.

Kurt Phelps pursued their education at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1995. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
