Brian Bitner

Brian Bitner is an experienced estimator and project design specialist with a robust background in the construction and design industry. Currently serving as an Estimator at Phelps Construction Group since October 2017, Brian has also contributed as a Freelance Design Consultant since December 2008. Prior roles include Estimating Manager at King Rose of NY, Inc. from April 2014 to September 2017, and Residential Design/Estimating at Seaver Construction, Inc. from May 2011 to December 2013. Brian began a career in design as a Construction Specialist at The Neil Kelly Company and as a Project Designer at Case Design/Remodeling, Inc. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Catholic University of America and an Associate of Applied Science in Architecture from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
