Jeff Rainforth

Jeff Rainforth has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Jeff served as President of Phelps Construction Group from January 2020, and prior to that, they held the role of Vice President from April 2007. Before joining Phelps Construction Group, Jeff worked at Joseph A. Natoli Construction Corporation, where they served as a Project Manager/ Director of Safety from May 1996 to April 2007.

Jeff Rainforth attended the State University of New York at Delhi from 1993 to 1995, where they studied Building Construction Technology. Jeff then transferred to the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management & Civil Engineering from 1995 to 1997.
