John Schultz

John Schultz is an experienced project superintendent with a robust background in construction management. Currently serving at Phelps Construction Group since September 2019, John has previously held site superintendent roles at Gerard Construction Corp., where significant projects included the rehabilitation and new construction of Walgreens, the construction of a 70,000 sq/ft ShopRite, and a new Blink Fitness facility. John Schultz holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Rutgers University - Newark, along with two associate degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from County College of Morris.
