Basile Marchais

Basile Marchais is a seasoned professional with expertise in customer success and project management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Operations Manager at Phenix since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a junior consultant at Kinomé, focusing on sustainable agriculture and climate change adaptation projects in West Africa, and as a network coordinator for Zero Waste France, where Basile managed a network of 100 local groups. Basile's background also encompasses institutional development, international cooperation, and biodiversity studies, including contributions to significant reports for various NGOs and government bodies.
