Lauryn Bailey

Lauryn Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lauryn'smost recent role is as Vice President of Global Marketing, Strategy, and Product Management at Phenomenex since July 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at SCIEX, including Senior Director of Marketing and Business Development, Americas from January 2018 to June 2022, Director of Global Commercial Marketing from December 2015 to December 2017, and Senior Global Marketing Manager for Food, Environmental, and Forensics Applications from October 2011 to November 2015. Before joining SCIEX, Lauryn worked at Eurofins as a Manager of Method Development and Validation from March 2010 to October 2011 and as a Chemist in the same department from March 2009 to March 2010. Lauryn also has experience as a Scientist II in Enzymology at Helicos BioSciences from November 2007 to December 2008. Lauryn started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from August 2002 to October 2007.

Lauryn Bailey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Loyola University New Orleans from 1998 to 2002. Lauryn then pursued a PhD in Analytical Chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2002 to 2007.
