Mark Colbassi

Mark Colbassi is a seasoned professional with experience in technical sales and customer support, currently serving as the Lead Development Representative EU at Phenomenex since July 2020. Colbassi specializes in addressing customer pain points and providing tailored technical support within the HPLC, GC, and SPE fields, leveraging CRM software to manage and expand a diverse customer portfolio. Prior to this role, Colbassi was a Teaching Assistant Tutor at Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna, where responsibilities included offering theoretical and practical support in laboratories focused on catalysis and organic synthesis. Colbassi's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the Università di Bologna, and participation in the Erasmus+ Exchange Program at the Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Trieste.
