Siming Xu

Siming Xu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2009, they started their career as a Project Engineer at LTA (Singapore) before transitioning to a Senior Project Management Engineer at Shui On Land in 2009. In 2012, they took on the role of Technical Support & Global Sales Manager at BlueScope Steel before joining FM Global as a Risk Consultant in 2013. From 2016 to 2016, they worked as an MBA Summer Associate at Danaher Corporation. In 2017, they became the Manager of Global Market Strategy & Competitive Intelligence at SCIEX. In 2020, they co-founded Quality Means Business and took on the role of Co-Founder. Also in 2020, they joined Phenomenex as DBS Leader - Global Commercial. They transitioned to Senior Project Manager, Global Sales in 2021 and then became the Sales Director, JAPAC (Interim) in 2023.
