Keith Ward

Keith Ward is an accomplished senior operations manager with extensive experience in overseeing business operations, business development, and customer relationships at Phenova since September 2012. In this role, Keith has acted as general manager, successfully integrating workflows and IT infrastructure with the parent company, earning recognition for achieving all deliverables within a year. Previously, as quality and compliance manager, Keith focused on enhancing service levels and retaining a global customer base following the acquisition of the organization. Keith co-founded Wibby Environmental Inc., later acquired by Phenomenex, where key contributions included developing compliance monitoring solutions. Earlier in the career, Keith served as deputy information systems manager at Waters ERA, overseeing technology enhancements to support corporate objectives. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Colorado Denver.
