Earl Bardsley

Earl Bardsley is the Chief Technology Officer and a Board of Directors member at WallabyPhenox Group Companies, focusing on the development of therapies for stroke and vascular disease. With over thirty years of experience in R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Engineering, they have held senior management positions at notable organizations such as Medtronic Neurovascular, Teleflex Cardiac Care, and Boston Scientific. Earl has a strong background in leading teams to create innovative medical devices and has actively contributed to clinical studies and regulatory strategies. They earned multiple degrees from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, including Master’s degrees in Plastics Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering.
