Lorena Mateus

Lorena Mateus has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and journalism. Lorena began their career as a Digital Marketing Assistant at Laboratorios PHERGAL S.A., where they collaborated in the digital marketing functions of various brands. Lorena then advanced to the role of Digital Marketing Specialist, where they showcased their expertise in brand communication and content management for international markets. In this position, they designed and implemented influencer marketing campaigns and created multichannel campaigns for several brands. Prior to their work in marketing, Lorena worked as a Community Manager at Retaltex y Suministros. Lorena also gained experience as a journalist at RCN TV, where they served as a journalist for the Cazanoticias section and the program 'Sí o No'.

Lorena Mateus has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields of study. In 2012 to 2018, they attended the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where they earned a degree in Social Communication with an emphasis on Journalism and Organizational Studies. During this time, Lorena focused their studies on communication and media.

In 2016 to 2017, Lorena had the opportunity to study abroad at MEGT Institute Sydney as an exchange student. Lorena engaged in an English language program to further their proficiency in the language.

In 2019, Lorena pursued a Master's degree in International Marketing Fashion & Luxury at ESIC Business & Marketing School, completing their studies in 2020. Additionally, in 2020, they obtained a diploma in Customer Experience Management from the same institution, focusing on marketing for personal and financial business services.

Lorena continued to expand their knowledge and expertise through various certifications. In 2019, they completed the Brand Personalization Course at PLATZI. Furthermore, they participated in the UX Experience Course at KSchool in 2022 and the Social Ads Course, focusing on digital communication and multimedia content, in 2021, also at KSchool.
