Randy Pherson has a diverse work experience in multiple roles and companies. Randy co-founded Pherson Associates in 2003 and has been managing partner since then. Randy also took on the role of President at Pherson Associates starting from 2003. In 2009, they became the CEO of Globalytica. Additionally, in 2011, they became the Founding Director of Forum Foundation for Analytic Excellence.
Randy Pherson began their education at Dartmouth College in 1967 and completed their studies in 1971, earning an A.B. degree in International Relations with a focus on African Studies. Randy then went on to pursue further education at Yale University from 1971 to 1974, where they obtained a M.A. degree in International Relations.
