Caroline Clément

Caroline Clément is the Directrice des événements at Phi Centre, where they have managed the company since its inception and organized hundreds of events. They began their career as a comédienne and later coordinated artist tours before transitioning to event management. At Phi, Caroline established the events department and leads a team of coordinators, overseeing budgets, production, and logistics. Passionate about sustainability, they co-founded the green committee at Centre PHI in 2017. Caroline holds a D.E.C. in Sciences Humaines, a Baccalauréat in Arts Dramatiques, and a professional diploma in psychological aid.
