Frederic Segard

Frederic Segard is currently the Technical Director at PHI, where they utilize extensive expertise in audiovisual technology and micro-electronics. From 2001 to 2014, Frederic worked as a videographer at Segard.TV, producing various corporate and promotional videos for notable clients. They have held technical and managerial roles in various organizations, including Bell Media, where they contributed to the production of high-definition content for Canada's first 4K VoD channel. Frederic's earlier experience includes being a systems administrator and technician at the Gouvernement du Québec and CAE, highlighting their strong foundation in information technology. They obtained a DEC in Technology of Computer Systems from Institut Teccart in 1990.
