Sophia Weatherwax

Sophia Weatherwax is a third-year Biomedical Engineering student at Penn State University, specializing in the biopharmaceutical track with a minor in Mathematics. Currently, Sophia serves as the Executive Board Director of Marketing for PBL - FBLA Collegiate and works as a Food and Beverage Assistant at the Philadelphia Country Club. They have previously contributed as a Research Intern at the University of Pennsylvania and are involved in ongoing research at the Bio-Soft Materials Laboratory and the Artificial Heart and Fluid Dynamics Laboratory. Additionally, Sophia is an active member of the Penn State Club Field Hockey team and has held various leadership roles within student organizations.
