David Turner

David Turner is the International 1st VP at Phi Beta Sigma. David has also served as the Chief Financial Officer at East Lake Management & Development Corp. from January 2012 to June 2022. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing regular departmental functions, including financial reporting, budgeting and analysis, accounts receivable and accounts payable, human resources, and procurement and information systems.
