Anam Rasheed possesses extensive experience in customer support and sales management across various companies. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Payactiv SDS-IT since December 2022 and as an Account Executive at Phi Consulting since April 2022, Anam has previously held the role of Account Manager at Bell Oceanic Communications from March 2021 to April 2022. Anam's career began as a Sales Specialist at Touchstone Communications in late 2013, followed by a managerial role at Shelby BPO, where responsibilities included team management, training, and performance monitoring.
