Meekal Wien has a diverse work experience that spans across industries and roles. Meekal has held positions such as Head of Learning and Development at Phi Consulting, where they were responsible for designing and implementing learning programs to ensure employees had the necessary skills for different verticals. Meekal also collaborated with senior leaders, managed a team of training professionals, and assessed employee skills gaps. Prior to this, Meekal worked at Motive as an Instructional Designer, Content Development Specialist, and Sales Coach. Meekal gained experience in course creation, content strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and sales training. Additionally, Meekal has held roles such as Market Research Consultant at Connex Partners, Associate Account Manager at SNL Financial, Marketing Director at Syntec M, and Creative Copywriter & Strategic Planner at Enhancerz Communications, Pvt. Ltd. Meekal also has experience as an RJ for CityFM89 and Copywriter at Difference Pvt. Ltd. Overall, Meekal has a strong background in learning and development, instructional design, sales, market research, marketing, and copywriting.

Meekal Wien began their education in 1985 at The Continental School in Jeddah, where they completed their O-Level's in the Regular/General High School/Secondary Diploma Program. From 1997 to 2000, they attended The University College of Islamabad (UCI) to obtain their A-Level's in Computer Studies, Art & Design. Meekal further pursued their education at Western University from 2001 to 2005, completing their Undergraduate Studies in Applied Psychology & Media Studies. Lastly, in 2010, they attended Athabasca University for a year, studying Psychology.
