Jayden Arya is a Mechanical Engineering student at Rutgers University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree. Jayden has gained hands-on experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Ocean Power Technologies, where they designed a custom motor mount that significantly reduced weight and costs for a solar-powered vessel. Currently, Jayden is a Mechanical Suspension Member of the Rutgers Solar Car Team, contributing to the design and construction of a fully solar-powered car for national competition. Additionally, Jayden plays a leadership role as a Founding Member of Alpha Kappa Psi and serves as the Director of Recruiting for Phi Gamma Delta. During high school, they were the Engineering Club President and grew membership while teaching engineering concepts to peers.
