Brady Henry is a seasoned executive in quality, health, safety, and environmental management with over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Director of HSEQ at PHI Aviation, Brady leads strategic QHSE initiatives across multi-site operations while fostering compliance and operational excellence. Previously, they held senior roles at Halliburton, Aqueos Corporation, and Knight Energy Services, where significant contributions included transforming safety cultures, achieving compliance with international standards, and implementing effective training programs. Brady is also a certified expert in ISO 9001 and API Q2, embodying a commitment to continuous improvement and regulatory adherence. They pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Chemistry from McNeese State University.
