George Cole

George Cole has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2012, they started working as a Soloist, Co-principal, and Cello section member at the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow until 2015. From 2015 to 2023, George worked at McKinsey & Company, where they held various roles including Fellow Associate, Associate, Junior Engagement Manager, and eventually an Engagement Manager. During their time at McKinsey, they supported B2B and B2C businesses across sectors such as private equity, wealth management, banking, insurance, industrials, airline, and energy. Their responsibilities included strategy development, commercial due diligence, new business building, and commercial excellence initiatives. In 2023, George joined both Q Investments and PHI Aviation as a VP in the private equity department.

George Cole obtained a Master of Music degree in Musical Performance and History of Arts from Moscow State Conservatory named after P. I. Tchaikovsky in 2010. George then pursued a Postgraduate Degree in History of Arts at the same institution from 2010 to 2012.
