Jessie Romano

Jessie Romano is a seasoned professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Compensation and Benefits Manager at PHI Aviation since October 2025. Prior to this role, Jessie held positions at Acadian Ambulance and PHI Aviation as Benefits Manager, and gained experience as an Employee Benefits Account Executive and Account Manager at AssuredPartners.
