Justin Griffin

Justin Griffin has a comprehensive work experience in various financial roles. Justin started their career at Citi as a Relationship Manager, where they managed underwriting, structuring, and approval processes for middle market loans. Justin then joined Grant Thornton as a Manager in the Corporate Advisory Restructuring Services Practice, where they advised companies in financial distress and assisted in developing financial solutions. Justin later joined MUFG as a Vice President Relationship Manager, overseeing a portfolio of oil and gas clients and providing advice on financing options and treasury management. Justin then worked at Twin Eagle as the SVP & Corporate Treasurer, where they managed bank relationships, negotiated financing terms, and led the finance team. Currently, Justin serves as the VP of Finance & Corporate Treasurer at PHI Aviation, responsible for managing bank relationships, capital raising activities, cash and treasury management, budgeting, and investor relations.

Justin Griffin earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Texas A&M University in 2000-2002 and later pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from the Texas McCombs School of Business during 2006-2008. Justin has also obtained additional certifications including Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) from the AIRA-Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants, Series 63 from FINRA, and Series 79 Licensed Limited Rep Investment Banker from FINRA.
