Flight Operations Manager at PHI

Keith Best has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Keith started their career in 2000 with the Royal Air Force (RAF) as an SH crewman and later transitioned into the role of a Search and Rescue winchman/Paramedic, Instructor. Keith served in the RAF for 15 years until 2015.

In 2015, Keith joined Cobham Aviation Services, Helicopter Services as an AW 139/ Bell 412 SAR QHCI. After a year, they moved to Bristow Helicopters Ltd as a Technical Crew Commercial Advisor/Examiner and worked there until 2019.

From 2019 to 2021, Keith worked with Toll Helicopter Services as a Sydney HEMS Aircrew. Currently, they are employed at PHI Aviation, where they have held various managerial roles. Keith started as a Technical Crew Manager in 2021, then became the Search and Rescue Manager in 2022, and is currently serving as the Flight Operations Manager since January 2023.

Keith Best attended Buckinghamshire New University from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Aviation Management. Prior to this, they attended Charles Dickens School in Broadstairs from 1994 to 1996. There is no available information regarding their education before 1994 or after 2021.
