Raynell L. has over 30 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and compliance. Raynell started their career at United Parcel Service in 1988, where they worked their way up to Operations Supervisor, managing a team of drivers, package handlers, and support staff. During their time at UPS, they also served as the primary contact for the corporate Hazardous Waste Program.

In 2003, Raynell joined FedEx Ground as a Senior Terminal Manager, overseeing operations in Pennsylvania and later in Louisiana. Raynell was responsible for coordinating processes and managing a team of supervisors, drivers, contractors, and support staff.

From 2007 to 2015, Raynell worked at Era Helicopters LLC as the Compliance & Logistics Manager. Their role focused on Customs Compliance management, including import and export activities. Raynell developed and implemented processes and systems for import/export, ATF, and ITAR compliance while ensuring adherence to regulations.

Most recently, Raynell has been with PHI Aviation since 2016. Raynell started as the Manager of Warehousing & Logistics and then transitioned to the role of Lead, Supply Chain Information Systems & Global Logistics in November 2020.

Raynell L. has a diverse education history, with a focus on business administration, technology management, leadership studies, transportation, logistics management, and information technology. From 2002 to 2005, Raynell pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration / Technology Management at the University of Phoenix. Alongside this, from 2003 to 2004, Raynell obtained a certification in Transportation and Logistics Management from FedEx Ground University. Later, from 2004 to 2006, Raynell attended FedEx Ground Leadership College, earning a certification in Advanced Leadership Studies.

Prior to these programs, Raynell earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, studying from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, Raynell holds a Certification in Louisiana Private Investigator's License from the University of New Orleans, obtained in 1995-1996.

Raynell has also pursued additional certifications in various topics. In 2019, Raynell obtained the "Igniting Emotional Engagement" certification from LinkedIn. In 2018, Raynell completed multiple certifications including "Building Resilience," "Body Language for Leaders," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," and "Value-Based Pricing," all provided by LinkedIn. Additionally, in 2013, Raynell obtained the "International Trade Certified Practitioner" certification from Unz Corporation.
