Roger Shugrue

Roger Shugrue has extensive experience in aviation, particularly in flight operations and training. Serving as Chief Training Captain at Aero Contractors Nigeria from 2002 to 2005, Roger then progressed to CHC Helicopter, where roles included Tech Pilot and Head of Flight Operations until July 2008. Roger took on the Senior Training Captain role at HNZCougar Helicopters from 2008 to 2010, and subsequently held various high-level positions at HNZ Group Inc, including Head of Flight Operations and General Manager Australia, from July 2013 to June 2020. Currently, Roger serves as a Pilot for PHI Inc since June 2020. Roger holds a Master's degree in Aviation Management from the University of Newcastle, attained between 2009 and 2011.
