Ryan Dando

Ryan Dando is currently the Site Manager for Phibion at South32, where they strive to challenge norms and foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and open communication. Previously, Ryan held various positions including Railway Operations Superintendent at Rio Tinto and Process Plant Operations Supervisor at South32. They also worked as a Business Improvement Specialist and Black Belt at BHP Billiton and operated within the process plant sector at Worsley Alumina, where they transitioned through multiple roles. Ryan began their career as an Outdoor Activities Instructor and Coordinator at YMCA in 1996.
