The Operations team at Phibion oversees the execution and optimization of the company's environmental technology solutions across various sites globally. They are responsible for managing the daily operational activities, ensuring the efficient use of the MudMaster® technology for Accelerated Mechanical Consolidation (AMC) to dewater and densify tailings and dredged materials. The team ensures that all operations are carried out in compliance with safety standards, maximizing cost-effectiveness and environmental benefits, while also coordinating maintenance and logistical support for equipment and processes.
