James Schafer is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Phigenics. James has over seven years of experience in the Human Resources field. Prior to joining Phigenics, James was the Human Resources Manager at Systems Contracting. James has also worked as an HR Consultant at Ally Financial Inc. and as a Recruiter at Verizon Wireless. James has a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. James is skilled in developing recruitment plans and action items to identify ideal candidates. James is a strategic thinker who is able to effectively communicate with leadership to develop plans that meet the needs of the business.

James Schafer's educational career includes earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Louisville, as well as attending the University of Arkansas and Siloam Springs High School.
