Jeff Conn

Jeff Conn is the Co-Founder and President of Phil, a role they began in 2025. Previously, they served as CEO at NPact and Beam Tech, Inc., and were involved with several investment firms, including Hi Ventures and BroadWest Partners. Jeff also held strategic and analytical positions at DAQRI, Tarsadia Investments, and Goldman Sachs. They completed their Sloan Fellowship at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2018 and currently continue their studies at Columbia University in the City of New York and Harvard-Westlake.
