You are a company – corporate foundation, endowment fund, direct management – that wishes to (re)define, strengthen, or valorize its philanthropy strategy and the employee commitment to solidarity?

👉Phil for Good builds with you an adapted and personalized response through consulting services, operational support, or even secondment within your structure to deploy the recommended solution.

🤝Phil for Good supports you with a triple conviction:
✔The essential articulation between philanthropy and the other pillars of your societal commitment – purpose, CSR, social innovation – for a global, coherent, and understandable vision and action
✔The synergy development between corporate philanthropy and your employer brand, brand image and reputation, business and local anchor, marketing, transformation, innovation... to gain impact with a corporate philanthropy that activates collaboration and creates value
✔Your employee commitment to solidarity as an embodiment of your societal vision and values, a lever for attracting and federating talent, fostering pride in belonging and building loyalty, and as an essential share of skills with your nonprofit partners

💡The levers of financial, skills, and in-kind philanthropy are numerous. Some of them are sometimes not exploited, or only occasionally, because they are perceived as complex to implement. The support of an external expert can help you to know and exploit the different opportunities that philanthropy offers to your company, and to the projects you support. And to make the business world, and the nonprofit players, better listen and respect each other, and act as a partner team.

🤝No matter where you start from, our mission is to facilitate the path to the commitment that suits you.

What if we talked about it?
