Haley Decoy

Haley DeCoy, PharmD has a wealth of experience in the pharmacy field, having held various positions at different companies. At Phil, Inc., Haley currently serves as the Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist. Haley's previous experience includes roles at Kroger, Mount Carmel Health System, and CeutiCare, Inc. Additionally, Haley worked as a Pharmacy Intern at K Mart Pharmacy. Haley DeCoy completed their Doctor of Pharmacy degree at The University of Findlay from 2012 to 2018. Throughout their career, Haley has demonstrated skills in business planning, coaching, medication calculations, and medication reviews.
