Molly Fields

Molly Fields has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Molly is currently the Director of Customer Support at Phil, Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Execution at LittleBird from 2020 to 2021. Molly also served as the Operations Manager at Immedia Integrated Technologies (Immedia LLC) from 2005 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading daily operations, managing contracts and vendor relationships, and improving customer satisfaction. Earlier in their career, Molly worked as an R&D Project Coordinator/Exec Assistant at Boston Scientific, a Customer Service Specialist at CBRE Technical Services, and held administrative positions at Boston Scientific and Lambesis.

Molly Fields obtained their high school diploma in General Studies from Carlsbad High School, where they attended from 1994 to 1998.
