Rick Salazar is the Vice President of Business Development at Phil. Rick has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on business development and strategy.

Rick began their career in healthcare as a Director at Pharmacy First in 2010. Rick then went on to become Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at BDI Pharma in 2012. In 2013, they became Senior Director of Strategic Distribution Solutions at McKesson Specialty Health.

In 2016, Rick left McKesson to become an Advisor at GraphiteRx. Rick then joined Lash Group in 2018 as Senior Director of Strategic Account Management. In August 2019, they joined ConnectiveRx as Vice President of Business Development.
