Samee Kirk is the Director of Foundation Relations at Philabundance, where they lead a team of grant writers to develop relationships with institutional funders and secure essential support for hunger relief initiatives. Previously, Samee worked as a Grant Writer and Researcher at Philabundance and served in various roles at the National Liberty Museum, including Program Manager and Grant Writer. They also have experience as a Freelance Writer/Editor and an Associate Acquisitions Editor at Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group. Samee earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Maryland College Park.
